A contest held between the schools of Hogwarts, Durmstrang, and Beauxbatons. Originating about 700 years ago as a competition between the three largest Europen schools. Each school took turns hosting the Tournament, which take place every five years. The judges for the Tournament included the heads of the three schools. There are three tasks threw out the whole thing. It was extremely dangerous, and that led to many deaths. So, the it was stopped. But, it was started again in Harry Potter's fourth year. Each champion from each school is selected by the Goblet of Fire. They were Cedric Diggory from Hogwarts, Fleur Delacour from Beauxbatons, Viktor Krum from Durmstrang, and Harry Potter, also from Hogwarts. There is also a Weighing of the Wands that is part of it. There was a first task, second task, and third task.
